We're seeking a dynamic and organized Implementation Manager to lead the integration and program success of our innovative embedded insurance products within partner platforms. The ideal candidate is an expert project manager with a deft touch for working with partner teams. Their experience should demonstrate a track record of successful implementations and a proven ability to launch successful programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage all stages of the product integration and growth process from initial scoping to post-launch optimizations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between our company, our insurance carrier, and our partners.
  • Technical Oversight: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the technical integration is executed flawlessly. This includes understanding API integrations, user experience integration, and any other relevant tech specifications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all integrations meet industry regulations and standards. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide necessary training to stakeholders and develop documentation that clearly outlines the integration processes and best practices.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential challenges or barriers to integration and devise strategies to overcome them.
  • Performance Monitoring: Post-launch, continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated solutions, recommending improvements as necessary.


  • Bachelor’s degree. A technical background is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and program implementation
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, financial platforms, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Technical acumen, with an understanding of API integrations and software development.
  • A problem-solving mindset with an ability to anticipate potential challenges.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in embedded finance
  • Agile, Scrum, PMP, CII, or similar certification.
